- How much does the membership cost?
- It is €4 a month, or €40 a year if you pay annually. Prices are shown excluding local VAT.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from your subscription settings and keep the membership until the end of the billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan.
- What is the Founding Member badge?
- Annual members receive a permanent Founding Member badge shown on their profile across the network. It is limited to the first 1,000 members.
- How is payment handled?
- Payments are processed by Stripe and card details are never stored by Heelr. Invoices are issued automatically to your billing email with the VAT details needed for accounting.
- What is the difference between the free plan and the membership?
- The free plan gives you a profile, posts and 25 connection requests a month, but you cannot apply to engagements. The membership unlocks applying to engagements, plus open messaging, 100 connection requests a week, profile viewer insights, Ghost Mode, mentoring access, course discounts and priority support.
